TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH MALCOR

I have had such a terrible experience with Malcor and trying to claim money that was due to me. They claimed that it takes 2-3 days to get a response. After 6 days of sending through everything they asked for; they paid the money to the doctor who I have already paid. I only found this out when I called them; then they told me to wait another 2-3 days for the money. The call centre agent tried to make it seem like it is my fault they paid the doctor again; after I sent them the invoice and the proof of payment.
