Malcor/Discovery Medical Poor Assistance

I had both my sons and myself tested for Covid, both my sons tested positive and I negative. I submit my proof of payments AND the details of the place we tested at to claim my payments back, but the response I get from the Medical Scheme is exactly that of someone who DOES NOT want to help their customers, every time I receive an email back where I can clearly see no one read my mail or opened the attachments. Even Discovery themselves doesn't even help. and we as clients have pay them thousands of rands every damn year!!!! I even requested someone to phone me a few times with my cell number and yet no one called me
