Never work with Malcolm Povey. A highly unprofessionally operated individual 'architect'. I don't know how SACAP has not barred him from the industry. He cannot get the simplest of designs right (4hrs on Zoom just to drag corners and blocks on plan). But the worst is you'll never hear from him on email, Wapp, Telegram, you name it. Expectyour plans to tak 2 years and add council to that. Try to get hold of this 'professional service' for any answers, from: Where's my plan, to What are the next streps, You still haven't answered.
