MALCO - never use them for your joinery.
We spent a great deal of cash having built in cupboards and a kitchen built by these people. Within a year little chips and edges of the duco started showing. And in my partners side of the cupboard his drawers started sagging and grinding against each other. I contacted them and they sent a really surly, slovenly man over who left greasy footprints on our new wool carpets and proceeded to give a really negative review on their design team for designing such I practically long drawers. I explained to him that we had dealt with Malco and it wasn’t our issue how their process worked. We just wanted cupboard and drawers that worked properly. He was then pretty rude to me leaving in a most unprofessional manner. I then got a message from their office how they planned on repairing the drawers and no apology for inconvenience or acknowledgement it was unfair. But the bit that got me the most was she told me that it was OUR lack of care for the cupboards and drawers that we were seeing chips and marks. I was insulted beyond. She has no idea what they look like and what kind of house we keep. Has never visited site. We keep an EMACULATE home and are seriously light on use. How DARE they cast apersions eapecially that they have already has to acknowledge poor workmanship in the manufacturing of the drawers. Keep a very wide birth from these very RUDE and poor service providers.
