Marlboro beyond blue

The last 3 months the Marlboro Blue Beyond had minimum 5 cigarettes that has no ball or it's an air ball. These cigarettes are NOT cheap and you don't get your money's worth. I've been buying the same brand many year's and this is not ayoba. Please DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT NOW!!!!
