Poor service

Placed an order done a EFT and mailed proof of payment. received no communication about the order. I went to the business and enquired about the order, i was told they would deliver the item as there was a delay. I asked them please ensure it will be delivered on or before the 18th of December as it is a birthday gift for my son (18th December) was promised it would be delivered before the 18th. to date no delivery, no communication. completely inconvenienced as i had to rush to find another gift for him. Completely and utterly disgusted to say the least of this kind of service.
