Do NOT trust this company

absolutely useless company with a team that is disinterested in supply orders that are paid for in advance. I had to beg them for a confirmation of the order. Beg them for delivery dates. Beg them for a waybill only to be told that they dont know who my order was sent with. They can not even confirm it has been collected. The courier company has attempted to collect the order several times also and have not been able to. I dont know who Ryan is or how he fits in the organisation but he is absolutely useless, and hasnt got a clue about customer service. he and his team can not even send me the correct tracking details. After the run around I have received over the last week, I actually suspect that they are not a legitimate business and I would highly recommend that they are not to be trusted. I am waiting for a refund now so let's see if it actually happens. I will update this review if the refund is recieved.
