Service of Malas and Michelin Tyre Rep

Fellow South African, I need your expertise and help, on 26 March 2019, I bought X4 225/65 R17 Michelin Tyres which I paid R10 430.65 including Tubeless Valve TR414 Rubber chrome Sleeve, Wheel Balancing Service, Fitment Tyre Service, Wheel Alignment Front End SUV, casing PLT at Malas in Pretoria, on the 14 July 2019 the first Tyre burst, took it back to Malas, they filled some papers requesting Michelin Rep to come and access the Tyre if its a claim or not from Michelin, from 16 July to 31 July 2019, none (Michelin or Malas) guys called me as promised that I will receive a call from them within 14 days. Michelin rep only came after I did a follow up, and to my surprise it is not a claim due to reasons, that are not convincing and true.
