Old Stock Fitted onto Vehicle

They fitted tyres which had spent 2 years on their floor on my car, so if you not attentive they could do the same to you. This resulted in the the tyres having an inside wall crack which put me and my family at risk. Upon confrontation they simply told me that they are merely sellers and not manufactures of tyers which I accepted. When ask about the checks and balances they have to ensure that they don't fit old stock onto cars then they had nothing concrete to say about that. The floor manager was pretty aggressive and dishonest.

Remain conscious and Check the date of the tyres they fit onto your vehicles. Each tyre has its manufacturing date on it and do not trust hem when you see and smell the rubber because its your life that's at risk.

Malas made it crystal clear that they only care about the profits and not the safety of their customers.
