Malas/Ash and employee take responsibility

I took my car to Malas and first wheel nuts where loose when I left and they didn't want to take responsibility and wheel cab missing. I reported my problem to sales person who was helpful.

However the guy who is responsible for checking cars when they go out Ash defended his employees and himself as he didn't do his job.

He refused for me to look into the camera and told me I cannot tell him how to do his work. And he came with a phone which clearly showed my cab was missing.

But kept zooming which will clear make the picture blurry.

Ash is arrogant specially because I am a woman he wanted me to take responsibility of their shop theft.

The sales person who helped me Khotatso was helpful.

So when you go to Malas stand next to your car. Cause any problem they will deny even not allow you to have access to their camera room.
