MALAS Selling defected tires and rendering bad service

I went to Malas in Pta on the 1st of November 2019 and purchased a set of new 195/50/15 Dunlop FM 800.[to cut the story short I will jump straight to the point] had a 8j rim with me of which their senior technician advised that the tires will fit so they continue to do the fitting, balancing and camber. 3 Weeks later I started noticing that the car was vibrating at a low-speed 5km/h-80km/h took the car back on Thursday the 21st to check the balancing the technician notice that the balancing is wrong so he did the balancing . When I was driving home I realised that the vibration is still there so the following took the car back to Malas on friday after work. they checked it and noticed that the wheel is bumpy the manager then advised that we send the tires for a claim in the meantime I should buy new tires while they wait for the claim to be processed since their company policy does not protect the customer. Today 26th Nov 2019 I took the car back so that the technician is can feel the vibration sadly he is trying to blame the profile and size of the rim yet he is the one who approved tire application to the rim. I am still waiting to hear what the claim outcome will be but as things stand I am not happy with MALAS service and will not recommend anyone to use their poor service lastly I think that they are selling us defected tires to their customers and are aware of it hence their policy only protects them not the customer.
