Malas off balance!

<p>I am disappointed by the poor service I received from Malas. On the 25th of May I had my Peugeot 407 Sedans four shocks and two front tyres replaced at Malas.</p> <p> </p> <p>The procedure took 8 hours and cost me R8200. When I left the facility my car had a vibration on the front wheels which was never there before. I phoned about it and Frikkie reaffirmed me that if it was listed on the invoice it was done. Yesterday I took my car to a different tyre shop and they confirmed that the wheels was never balanced! I can send pictures.</p> <p>I am not impressed by this! A crucial process overlooked which could cause damage to my car, the new shocks and the new tyres!</p>
