Bad Service

I ordered a dozen FRESH RED ROSES in Luxurious packaging for valentines, day delivered to day as per this link https://www.teleflorist.co.za/flowers/info_AQP0944.php

The flowers arrived and there 10 mixed red and white roses, which are completely open and will last probably a day.

I spoke to the lady and her attitude was disgusting saying that it DOES NOT say a dozen red roses, as teleflorist only instructs them to deliver flowers to the value a person pays.

I think this is atrocious service, I will never again use this florist and work for a bank will be letting the whole of head office not to use this florist or teleflorist.
