Just send me copies of documents as promised.

I am waiting for copies of the documents as promised to be emailed to me. No response and when i phone, they say i have got a bad attitude, but the people are simply not forwarding me the documents. Is this a reputable company? Just people that are threatening customers and cant even send copies of documents as promised.
