3 MONTHS LATER AND NO CAR AND A LOT OF MONEY PAID

For 3 months I have to struggle without a car. Paid the mechanic R9500.00 and gave him gearbox to put in. Since 12 May 2015 up to 14 July 2015 he had my car to be fixed. On 15 July the car was left on the pavement with the keys in the visor. I have requested a invoice from him as prove for work being done but he refuses, R9500 was EFT to his bank account and he can't tell me what he have done on my car for this money. On 15 July 2015 the car was worse than it was on the 12th May 2015. I am struggling because of this bad service, the mechanic also have an bad and rude attitude. I am sure this Mechanic aren't even registered as he is working from home. All I need at this stage is the prove of what has been done on my car for money paid. My windsreen was hundred percent when he got car on 12 May 2015, now there are chip marks as well as cracks. I have photo's as proof, EFT payments as prove, SMS messages as prove as well as Whatsapp messages as prove.
