They were paid for e-mails sent, but...

They were paid for e-mails sent, but now they do not want to send more, e-mails, even though they were paid for the e-mails sent thus far. I trust that they will reconsider. I do however want to thank them for the refund, after they overcharged for services rendered thus far.
