Poor service and High staff turnover Negotiating in bad faith

Spent almost 30k no day in court. High staff turnover. Requested file back for Probono they negotiated in bad faith. Service pathetic and unprofessional. Each time there`s a new attorney I have to start afresh and explain as to what happened. Cant wait to pay them the outsatding amount and take my file to another law firm.
