Bad experience and poor service

On 2015-07-14 we went to see Johannes. He estimate that the case will cost R 5 000 and they received the deposit the same day. We are double charged since we are charged time fee for consultantion, but we are also charged per page that he read during the consultation. He did not look up what I asked him to look up. He claimed to have read 59 pages on the 14th July, but he only received pages 40-56 on the 4th of August 2015 from Kirkcaldy Pereira. He made mistakes in his letter. He only regeusted certain documents the afternoon of the 6th of August. He underestimated the cost. I will not recomend this person or the firm. Regards Renaldo ***.
