THESE PEOPLE ARE BIG ******* WHO TAKE YOUR DEPOSIT AND DO NOT PAY YOU BACK

<p> I made a booking to make use of the Malan House property ( Holiday Accomdation) close to AVA,LON SPRINGS for the 08-10 JULY as it was my daughters birthday and we wanted to go away for the weekend, i paid my deposit end of JUNE and when i called JACKY from Malan House to find out if everything is still in order for the 08-10 I was told their property got damaged due to heavy rains and that she would let me know by Wednesday of that week if it is fixed as she had to cancel with two other people anyway to cut a long story short the repairs to the house was nto done in time i was promised my deposit back of R900.00 ever since the 11.07.2016 to date nothing was received i called JACKY and was told she is waiting on her boss who said he would pay in the money a week went pass i called her again and she said she is just in a meeting she will email me the proof of payment the following morning it is almost a month LATER and i am still waiting for my money to be paid into my account. These people are ***** they take your money and when it comes to you making use of their facility they tell you it got damaged </p>
