Malan Properties Polokwane for me is a **** they don't treat tenants properly and the Landlord but when it comes to money they don't negotiate. I stayed there for a year, walls where clean but had poly filler now I have to paint the walls from my deposit money, there is a water problem stayed for 3months December 2024 without water, now is Xmas they are off. Main bathroom basin and toilets was a leakage never fixed, garage water was entering inside fixed but not correctly so still water enters the garage. I don't use apartments oven now they want to deep clean that bill it on my account. That Malan is very unfair to humanity and all they are for is Money.... I rate them Zero because they don't care about what you say as a tenant all they looking is what they want to get from a tenant... I will not let them exploite me. I have had enuf. It do matter how you approach them, you will think they heard you but no they didn't you were just an idiot in their eyes...
