Your service is a joke
Very poor customer service,rude call center agent( Precious).Disappointed malaicha,i bought goods on the 30th of May and paid same day.But up today my family has not yet received the goods.When i called customer care,Precious took out all her stress and anger in meThe last time i spoke to you Precious you were very kind and understanding you even gave me your personal number so that you can help me after work.But now that today i have a complaint about your service you simply do not understand my language.
