Unprofessional service

Very disgusting and unprofessional service I send groceries on 3 August 2020 but today 12 august 2020 my kids have yet to receive it in full.My recipient called them for delivery of my livestock order .They continue to ask me how they might help me despite me furnishing them with the details of my ordet
