Poor service

Malaicha. Com has the worst service. I used to have confidence in them but I have proved myself very wrong. Placed an order ,payment confirmed delivery date given. The delivery took 7 days.if you call their Zimbabwe number they don't pick it up,you email them they don't respond. I'm afraid people might end up losing their money if continue using them.They don't have customers at heart.poor customer service.
