Malaicha.Com (part of Hello Paisa) is robbing our relatives in Zimbabwe

I write with disgust and shock as to whats happening ast this company. we buy groceries in SA for our relatives that are in Zimbabwe in various towns, but Malaicha is robbing our relatives, they are being made to pay US$5 which is about R90 just to get a ticket to stand in the queue. what kind of fund raising is this?
