VERY DISAPPOINTING

<p>I would like to take this opportunity in expressing my disappointment as to how a matter was handled by Malagueta Restaurant</p> <p>My family & I were at your restaurant on the 13th November and there was an incident , not the first either , in the play area.</p> <p>A little boy was climbing “up the big ,closed slide “ when my girlfriends daughter was going down , as children normally do . He said she was in his way and kicked her in the ribs . She started having severe chest pains and had trouble breathing . We asked Malagueta staff and two of the Manages, to please show us where the child’s parents were, merely to discuss the matter with them as opposed to approaching the child directly .</p> <p>This was all to no avail . We waited there for about 15 minutes , we showed Bobby and another manager the child and asked them who the parents were. Like I said , I merely wanted to mention to the parents what their child had done . After nothing transpired my girlfriend eventually left to take her daughter to casualty , where she had to go for x rays and it was discovered that she had swelling and bruising of the soft tissue on her ribs , she is 10 , this is extremely painful and frightening for a 10 year old to experience.</p> <p>The Malagueta child minder was of absolutely no assistance in keeping the children mindful of the other children .</p> <p>I would like to suggest that, if the children do not listen to the child minders , that someone at Malagueta with more authority, supervise the play area.</p> <p>As a result of the above , we will certainly not be joining you on Christmas Day , nor any other day.</p>
