MAKROCARE - TOTAL WASTE OF TIME, MONEY AND ENERGY

We purchased a Whirlpool washing machine from Makro, with an extended warranty from Makrocare. I have logged several calls with Makrocare to repair the unit, as it fails to spin at the end of the cycle. When logging a call, it takes about a month to receive a response. About a month ago, I was informed that the unit is not repairable and I will be refunded. No further response, no communication, no response to emails, no refund, no collection of faulty unit.

What a pathetic organisation.
