Zine Maqoqa went the extra mile to help.

I went to Makro Amanzimtoti today and purchased more than a trolley load of goods. As I was offloading the goods onto the till when the cashier, Zine Maqoqa asked if we need a chair as baby was restless and quite heavy. I feel she was very sincere in trying to help and she did so without me asking for any help. I am really happy to see service at this level, caring and with so my empathy. Also during the entire cashing process she smiled and was polite and kind. Please Makro pass this compliment to her because I want her to know that she is appreciated and acknowledged.
