Zero stars!!!
My rating is 1 star because there is no zero stars!!!!! Ordered a Laptop bundle and the wifi function is not working. Trying to get it repaired or replaced has been a mission. They are blaming the supplier, all I know is I need this matter fixed and I ordered from Makro. My son needs this laptop for school and we are unable to use. The lack of accountability is shocking! Not impressed at all!

I called back and spoke to Lelo, a supervisor and she assisted me with getting a callback from Karabo in the returns team, he assisted in logging a return. Now I'm just waiting for the laptop to get picked up.
