Zero service from Makro

I placed an online order this morning, which I made a mistake on. Have been trying to phone Makro the whole day and simply can't get through. I sent them an email at *** to request cancellation and have also requested a call back from their chat bot, hours ago and not able to cancel the order. It's impossible to get through or get any service.
