ZERO FEEDBACK
I placed an online order on 16 July. It was partially delivered after 6 days, with the expected delivery date being 23 July 2019. The bulk of the delivery has not arrived. Since then I have followed up 3 times telephonically and twice via email. Most recently, I was promised at 11am this morning telephonically that they would find out and call me back. It is now 5 hours later and I am still waiting for my call to be returned. It is not acceptable that I have been following up for over a week without ANY feedback. It is also not acceptable that I paid for goods a full 2 weeks ago, the delivery date is well passed and I still dont know where the goods are. Please advise

I am APPALLED that a full day after posting this, I still have ZERO actual feedback on where my goods are and why they have not been delivered. 3 phone calls, two emails and a post on Hello Peter and still no feedback?? I want my delivery fee reimbursed and my goods delivered ASAP. Your message above is meaningless as it doesn't assist me at all. Again, where are the goods and why have they not been delivered so long after the delivery date??
