Zero customer support from Makro.

I have been told that by your company over 10 times. It is never escalated. I NEVER get a response, and no one at the call center or whats app can help me. The store (Strubens Valley) never answer their phone. Your customer services say the same thing, thy cannot get through. There is literally NO ONE at Makro who can help. It is the most ridiculous situation.

You say:" "we are waiting for feedback from the relevant department." It is over a month. On Thursday I spoke to a call center manager Thembo who assured me his manager Thembiso would get back to me. He hasn't. I have spent HOURS on the phone. Why is it impossible to speak to someone who can assist? Why can Makro not resolve this? Why can you not find/speak to the right department? It is over a month? How can it possible be so hard for you? How can you keep responding with the same "escalation" response but never actually do anything?

Date is now 11th March. The order was created in January. I have been chasing your service departments for weeks and all i ever get is exactly what you just rep**** with " We have escalated the query & awaiting feedback " This is just simply appalling business. Youre customer service is non-existent. You straightforward lie to your customers saying you will respond. You just don't. The responses on this site show that.
