Zero customer service - customer complaints ignored

This is my second review. I had to cancel my order after waiting for my order from 19.07.2024 to 07.08.2024. My cancelation still has not been acknowledged, I was told that I would receive an email. I am still waiting. What is worse is that the same product I bought, I saw on Amazon and it was a next day delivery whereas I have been waiting for more than 3 weeks with no feedback from Makro. These are from the same third party!!!! The saddest thing is I used to work for Makro. I expected better service and I am seriously disappointed. I reported to consumer complaints.
