YOUR VENDOR Blingstalation - ABSOLTELY DISSAPOINTI

I can actually not believe that MAKRO or MULTICHOICE for that matter procures partnerships with the likes of Blingstalation. We Bought a DSTV Explora Decoder with a Gold voucher that offered free installation. We made use of this voucher and had to pay an extra R 1250 for a bigger Dish and the connection of the main bedroom TV. This is fine. 2 Weeks later we wanted to utilize the Box office movies and it said it is not available in your region. We called DSTV for them to perhaps activate this option, but it was active. They advised us we need to take the decoder to a Multichoice to check the decoder signal strength. All this was 100%. DSTV advised us we will need to get the installer back as it is a problem with the installation. I called Blingstalation and they came out to come check. The guy called me and advised me the Decoder needs to be formatted and it will cost a R 450 call out fee for this to be done. I said to him that is insane, they did the installation and it is their responsibility to have made sure everything was in working order. Now that an eye is faulty our warranty is all of a sudden terminated due to not paying the R 450 cvall out for BLINSTALLTIONS problem!!!
