Your delivery service is absolutely ridiculous.

Ordered a sleeper couch on 4 December for delivery, got a notification it would be delivered on the 9th of December. It is now the 13th of December, STILL NO DELIVERY and absolute SILENCE on your part! the app keeps showing in progress, does not show time and date of delivery?? must we now sit at home and wait for you guys to deliver one day. phoned in 2 times this week and they keep on saying escalation but nothing happens! This was the first time using and ordering on Makro online and certainly will be my last!
