Your customer service is ****!!!! I WANT MY MONEY

Nothing grates my **** like poor customer service especially from Makro. I spent over R5k with you guys only to give me ****py service.

I’m not interested knowing about internal processes and lack thereof, I just need my money refunded since you were unable to deliver.

You lost my order wherever and now I need to call you and deal with *********** staff, hell no!

I want that money in my account before the end of the week or else… please don’t try me!!
