Your 3rd party is letting you down

Your 3rd party online service is very very poor. Your customer call centre is also providing poor feedback for the pass 3 weeks.

I have purchased an item received it 7 days later. The package come with water damage. Till today I'm waiting on the 3rd party to collect the cancelled and return items.

This is a massive issue if it comes to repairs on any online purchases. I do not recommend 3rd party purchases from Makro.

Please urgently collect these items.

My online order and return was only resolved on the 13 October 2021.
It is very clear that your 3rd party item repairs will take up to 1month to collect.

Online Makro purchase is not recommend. Try Loot or Takealot.
