You've done something right!

So after numerous complaints of this branch, I am glad to report that I had the most pleasurable experience yesterday:<br> <br> Ganief in the outdoor section was very helpful in assisting me to find the product I was looking for, he even went the extra-mile and took me to other products in departments that are not handled by him...He didn't just throw me into the other section, as usually happens. Great stuff Ganief.<br> <br> Tuwane (Cashier No: 616 - Lady with the pink hair) at the tills, she was also extremely pleasant. She listened, when I had instructed her how to split my purchases. She carried heavy articles, and packed them neatly..A rarity with other Makro Cashiers. <br> <br> Most other tellers do like they are doing me a great favour by scanning the barcodes..And if you ask them to carry/pack the items...all hell breaks loose.<br> <br> I still can not believe I received such good service..and that too, on a Sunday of all days, a day when service is at its all-week low
