YOU HAVE TO READ THIS!!!

If you're buying a computer, Makro Online is the last place you want to trust. I purchased a HP computer for R5 100 only for it to crash 6 weeks later. It's taking me more than 6 weeks to have it returned to their supplier - FT IT Suppliers in Midrand - who need to assess it & decide if they repair or refund me. But guess what? The Online Dept. of Makro are so *********** and disrespectful that they cannot arrange for it to be returned to FT IT Suppliers . So what do I do? To speed it up, I courier it to FT IT Suppliers at my cost and you are not going to believe it - THEY REFUSE TO ACCEPT IT! Makro Online staff are not allowed to phone you so you have to spend your airtime talking to a number of them - including a 'Supervisor' - with promises to arrange the return of the computer and then you hear nothing from them. Emails receive the same treatment! So I sit with a computer that is useless to me and no one to assist me. What would you do???
