YET ANOTHER LATE DELIVERY
Dear Makro Online
I m still waiting on delivery for order MAK*** this order was placed on the 18 March 2020 and your status shows it completed but my client is still waiting on the delivery.
Very poor services from you MAKRO. please review your contracts with external courier companies. It can not be that good leave the stores and only to be stored at Warehouses of these courier companies.
I m really disappointed in you this time around. Its not the first, second or even third time but many late deliveries. I This time I want to be compensated for this poor services with a R1000 voucher to make up for putting my business in danger. I can't afford these delays as a small business I have people to pay also. a delay in delivery is a delay in payments for me.
