Yesterday I went to Makro, I spent R30000 buying a few things 2 bikes and laptops, The bike was taken from the back and I asked if the bike wasn't returned by a client. This afternoon, my daughter tried to ride the bike, and the bike was falling apart, chain out, steering wheel broken, *****s falling out. What makes me more angry is the fact that I asked more than 10 times if this bike was safe and if it was not a second hand. The guy from the bike department assured me that it was a new bike. Bad service and negligence. My daughter fell and hurt her knee. The bike paint is coming off.
