Wumdrop and makro poor service

Placed a order on 12/12/2018. For the last 2 weeks I am told it is with the courier wumdrop out for delivery but nothing is delivered. I don't think makro is really putting in effort to track my order. I asked for the courier contact details and I was told that they can only sent emails to them. I want my money back makro. You can get your money back from the courier company.
