Wrongly advertised

I was shopping at Makro Alberton, over last weekend. Noticed a decent pair of earphones marked at R199,99. Took these to the till, attempted to pay and realised the item was being charged at R649,99.

I then attempted to have this resolved as this was the marked price. (I have photographic proof of this).

I dealt with an incredibly rude person who said they "refuse to sort the matter out, irrelevant of the marked price." Which in my opinion is absolutely pathetic!
