Wrong TV delivered

To say I'm dissapointed is an understatement. I Ordered a TV last week on the 31st of January 2025. I was so excited about my purchase and could wait to receive it. Only to find out that my purchase is incorrect. I got delivered an ordinary smart tv instead of an android smart tv 2024 edition that I had ordered online. Now I have logged a return it's been two days and I have not heard anything from Makro I'm the one going back and forth calling them. I'm so angry. What a pathetic service. Even the box of this tv shows that it was previously opened. I just want my tv
