Wrong size product sent and 2 months later still nothing!

I ordered items on the 2nd of September, I was sent the wrong size of bovril which I reported. They were quick to pick up the bottle but yet I am still waiting for my replacement. I have sent many emails and I keep getting told they are escalating the complaint. It’s been 2 months and I am beyond annoyed. I definitely won’t be doing a monthly order from Makro again.
