Wrong product sent and not returning un-opend
Item is a completely different version of the product than the photo and description. Foam gym mats. Was a relatively unbranded product have bought of them. Decided to add more bought more packs and trojan mats arrive does not fit. Should of been a good chuckle and a return. But it gets rejected does not meet guidelines. Not even opened as i could see they will not fit. Has a strange middel piece. Rather skip buying online or choose someone that honneurs there returns.

15 Jan 2026, 13:26I was contacted by a lady from Makro and she appologized and said even thou i sent a mail with the first return they did not get the photos that were in the body of the email and i sent the photos with the new return attched the photos and they were recieved and the return is being processed as we speak.
