Wrong product delivered by Makro online

I purchased on 5 March 2026 a Cosave 7.5-liter deep frier and on 10 March 2026 they delivered a Ackliss 6-liter deep frier. I have complaint but have not heard from them. Many people warned me not to buy online from Makro as you never get what you paid for. Kindly resolve this issue or refund me
