Wrong product delivered by Makro
I have ordered a DW Double shock 4 controller and Makro delivered the Double shock 4 controller which is not the same product and yet they've charge me for delivery fee, this is not right

13 Aug 2025, 16:53The only refunded order was CR*** order number OD435030*******0 for R230 and I've order the DW and the incorrect order was never refunded which they deliver the incorrect item not the "DW PS4 Double Shock 4 Wireless Controller – (Green Camo) Motion for R299 even still no reund was done. They keep changing the dates and this is the 3rd date Makro communicated refund and collections, this is really disappointing it destroy trust completely
