Wrong product delivered
So I ordered a hair dryer with diffuser as a Christmas gift. You people decided to deliver the wrong product to me yesterday. I've been trying to get someone from customer support since yesterday to assist with it. I cannot get any help and I'm so tired of the services we are subjected to,not only from Makro but other providers too. It's so hard to get a simple item delivered. 1 item and not even that was done properly. I don't get it Makro, your customer support services suck

No one came. Just give me my money back. I don't care about the replacement. I want my money back by Tuesday 23rd Dec 2025 the latest. I want my refund ASAP!!!! I don't care when your courier comes, I don't care wuat you do there at Makro. You will give me my refund, and NOT! on the 3rd of January 2026,i want it before 23rd December 2025.yoy have 2 days

I don't care when your courier comes, I don't care wuat you do there at Makro. You will give me my refund, and NOT! on the 3rd of January 2026,i want it before 23rd December 2025.yoy have 2 days

05 Jan 2026, 07:57By the time Makro and their courier decide to collect the incorrect parcel they have delivered, it will be 2027. This has reached a point of beyond ridiculous service. Since 20th December 2025 it was supposed to be collected. The refund was supposed to be 3rd January 2026 based on what your system states. None of you know what you are saying when I call, and none of you know what to do in this situation. I don't even know what to do anymore. Maybe it's best to go into one of your stores to return it and get my refund, and probably waste my time and my petrol doing so. You have given me the worst online order experience ever!!!
