Wrong product

We bought on Saturday 22 August 2015 a Wolf garden pack which includes the following according the adverti*****t:<br> <br> -Lawnmower with cable<br> -blade<br> -electric edge Trimmer<br> -compact toolbox<br> -garden tool rail<br> <br> All the above excluding the toolbox should be Wolf brand. When we opened the box the trimmer is not a wolf brand it is another brand.<br> <br> After phoning makro and explaining the problem and that we want the correct trimmer as this is what is advertised, Vincent was not helpful at all he just said we must bring back the box they will give the money back but is not willing to exchange the trimmer to the wolf brand. This is unexecptable because then makro has false advertising of products so everytime you buy something from makro you must check box in store as the product in the box could be the wrong brand and it is then not there problem according to Vincent.<br> <br> We do not stay close to makro and we specially went to buy this product and now the real product and advert is not the same. This is really unexecptable and false adverti*****t.<br>
