Wrong order, waited all day for pickup.

I bought a stroller that was delivered on the 7th of May, the order was wrong. The colour of the stroller was not the one I ordered , I then logged a return on the very same day. I was sent communication saying the order will be picked up on the 9th which is today. I waited all day, i even cancelled my plans so that i can be home for the pickup. I called the store because i’ve been waiting, I was told that the order is not yet logged. But i was given a pickup date, as well as the refund date. The packaging was also a mess, the box was old & broken
